I start by scheduling a phone conversation to learn more about you, your goals and what's holding you back. During this call I will joyfully answer all of your questions about coaching or questions you have about me.

If we agree we'd like to work together, we will set up an initial coaching session that takes approximately an hour. From there we set up our weekly phone conversations, which will become the heart of our coaching relationship.
