I start with a complimentary phone conversation to learn more about you and your goals. During this call I will answer any questions you have about coaching or questions you have about me.

If we both agree that the relationship is a fit and we wish to work together, we will set up an initial coaching session that takes approximately an hour. From there we set up weekly phone conversations, which will become the heart of our coaching relationship.
