The Basic Program: Three 45-minute calls per month
This option is for those who want to take consistent action and want to strategize, collaborate and brainstorm with me on any issues that come up in their life. With this option, we schedule three 45-minute calls per month, one per week, to get you moving quickly, keep you on track and eliminate obstacles in your way so you can get the results faster than you would on your own. The Maintenance Program: Two 45-minute calls per month
This structure is for those who feel they've done most of the groundwork and simply need occasional support to strategize, collaborate or brainstorm with me. Not recommended for beginners, as there's more work to be done to gain momentum. Contact Christine
'In The Moment' Program: One 60-minute call
This structure is created for those who want a pay-per-session program when all you need is a quick boost, want to jump start your progress, maintain your momentum or have accountability to your action plan. Not available for beginners. Contact Christine
