I work with motivated,
insightful, fun-loving people from all walks of life – both nationally
and internationally. My practice has a tapestry of clients;
multitalented professionals, creative entrepreneurs, business
owners, individuals who want to be the best that they can be,
women who are finding their voice. My ideal client is someone
who wants to move forward in an area of their life or career,
but is feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed and is struggling
to take action or maintain action long enough to produce the desired
results. They have a sense of what they truly want and are willing
to step outside their comfort zone to reach their dreams.
Do any
of these scenarios resonate for you?
You feel there’s something you want
to do with your life or you want a fresh start, and you’re
not sure what possibilities exist for you.
You’ve recently changed jobs, left
a relationship, started to think about retiring, or want to pursue
a life long dream and you grapple with uncertainty or how to get
started.
You find yourself struggling to
develop a leadership style that feels comfortable for you.
You’re tired of being sick and tired
and want to reclaim your body and your life!
You feel fear, procrastination or stress
is running your life and you want to break free for personal
and professional success.

What
you get:
I conduct my coaching via teleconference.
Coaching over the telephone allows you to be in a relaxed, safe
place of your choice where you are able to focus on the dynamics
of the coaching session. Monthly coaching includes:
- Private 45-minute coaching conversations
- Unlimited e-mail
- Subscription to 'Empowered You' E-Thoughts
and the 'Empowered Living' bi-monthly Newsletter.
- Additional mini sessions as needed
Before our session, you will fax
or e-mail a Coaching Call Prep Form to me, which will be our agenda
for the call.
During our session, we will talk
about your situation, your challenges, and the things that matter
to you. We will talk about what you want and how you can get it.
At the end of every session, you
will have a specific action plan, including steps to take, things
to think about and consider, and resources to explore before our
next session.
As your
Coach:
- I will support you in seeing new
perspectives you may not have considered, offer guidance,
provide resources and tools, help you plan your next steps and
celebrate your successes with you.
- Accountability is one of the most
important things I offer as a coach. When we are accountable,
we are more likely to achieve our goals.
- I will coach you on how to make
better decisions, set goals that are right for you, and
help you to balance commitments.

What
results can you expect:
Most often I hear words like: accountability,
direction, inspiration, focus, sounding board, committed listener,
validation, challenge, and support. This is about your life, so
we pinpoint specific results that will make a difference in your
life.
Many of my clients have also reported
that they feel empowered and have gained a stronger sense
of enjoyment and fulfillment in their lives. They are better able
to make decisions and can more easily navigate the daily demands
of their jobs and home life. They have a clear sense of what is
important and how they want to live their life. They feel better
physically, more connected spiritually, and are moving toward
a definitive goal. Most importantly, they are achieving results
and living incredible lives they love.

as they are, without any self-deception or illusion that
a light will develop out of events, by which the path

A good coach will...
› focus on you and what you want out of your life.
› listen without judgment.
› provide a powerful structure for you to clarify what
you want and how you will get there.
› focus on forwarding your action toward your goals
and deepening your learning along the way.
› focus on asking questions and not giving answers.
› help you focus on specific, measurable outcomes and
to keep on track.
› champion you, continually offering you support and
encouragement.
› listen for and demand the best in you and reflect
that back to you.
› help you to clarify your goals, dreams and aspirations.

"The key then is action. It's not words; it's action.
It's not promises; it's results. It's not what you know;
it's what you do. So accept absolute responsibility, and
then, act, persistently." - author unknown
